Vessel - это корабль. Здесь нужно "bedpan".
Vessel also means "container" in English.
Bedpan: a shallow vessel used by a bedridden person...

Technically right. But for the thing that is intended to help a bedridden person it seems to me that the "bedpan" is the most appropriate term to use.
