Nirvana - My Girl

English

My Girl

My girl, my girl, don't lie to me,
Tell me where did you sleep last night?

In the pines, in the pines
Where the sun will never shine
I would shiver the whole night through

My girl, my girl, where will you go?
I'm going where the cold wind blows

In the pines, in the pines
Where the sun will never shine
I would shiver the whole night through

Her husband, was a hard working man
Just about a mile from here
His head was found in a driving wheel
But his body never was found

My girl, my girl, don't lie to me,
Tell me where did you sleep last night?

In the pines, in the pines
Where the sun will never shine
I would shiver the whole night through

My girl, my girl, where will you go?
I'm going where the cold wind blows

In the pines, in the pines
Where the sun will never shine
I would shiver the whole night through

The song is called "where did you sleep last night" or "in the pines or "Black girl" It is listed as "where did you sleep last night" on the track list of the "unplugged in New York"-Album to which this refers see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/In_the_Pines#Nirvana
