I like your philosophy Jamilet, so I’ll apply it. ;)
I thank you very much but sadly I can’t agree on all of yours suggestions.
Line 3: “terraza” y “mirador” are almost synonyms but “mirador” is a terrace with a wide view, so it seems to me better (overlooking the gulf) but also “terraza” is right.
Line 8: the whole line is a colloquial form: “ma” is normally an adversative conjunction which in this context hasn’t the sense of contrast but of confirmation, so I preferred “y”; “mas” is rarely used in Spanish and is more used “pero”, however both have an adversative sense. “Sai” means “lo sai bene” or “credimi” (trust me) and I used “ya” which in Spanish has also a reinforcement function.
Line 9: “ormai” means “by this time”, Spanish “ya” (but in the temporal sense). The Spanish “ahora” is the Italian “ora” or “adesso”.
Line 21:“de pronto” and “de repente” are nearly synonyms: I prefer the first for metrical reasons
Line 28: in this case “falso” is an adjective used as substantive (a falsification, a fake) so the article can’t be left out.
Line 30: In Italian “un altro” means another person; “altro” (without article) means another thing or other things in general. In Spanish the article isn’t used before “otro” (can be a person or a thing) so I added “alguien” to specify that it’s a person, although it’s less literal.
Line 40: You can be right, it sounds well also without “se”.
I made this argument. In the sentence “lui non ci pensò poi tanto”, “ci” means “about it” which hasn’t a corresponding form in Spanish but which I made approximately with “se”. It could be said also “pero a él no le importó mucho de eso”. I could be wrong, however it sounds me better like this.

Lovely :) Paraphrasing Confucius, "The wise man listens other's opinions, then does what he thinks is right". So, although I'm still working on improving my Spanish and Italian, I'll share my personal thoughts:
Line 3: I would use "terraza" instead of "mirador" because cognates help people who are still learning the languages, like myself, understand and follow better.
Line 8: When I hear "ma tanto tanto bene sai" I thinks "mas tanto, tanto, bien sabes"
Line 9: I hear as "es una cadena ahora"
Line 18: "aún" need the "ú"
Line 21: I hear as "y de repente se le salió una lágrima"
Line 28: the article "un" in Spanish should be left out.
Line 30: "puedes convertirte en otro"
Line 40: I would leave the "se" out.
