Yeah, I know. It's a pretty silly tune, doesn't mean much of anything.
Reinette (means little queen) apple are plenty, but the ones I know tend to be a dull brownish color and taste sweet, and sour and very much like apple.
(According to Wiki, Reinette means any apple which 'top' hole is perfectly smooth and flows into the curve.)
Api, or Api étoilé, or Sternapi, Api star apple, is a very curious tiny winter star shaped apple that tends to be yellow on it's shaded side and red on it's suntanned side.
(I never knew that until just now when I did the researsh to see if it had an English name)
