The translation is quite good, although there are some changes in comparison to the original lyrics, as already noted by hunhxc.
To me, the fact that weapon has become armour does no justice to the original lyrics, and it even causes the lyrics to lose meaning in the English language.
That being said, it is close enough to be understood, and that's the point of a translation.
