the barber shop was Bioletti's, where McCartney, Harrison and Lennon each had their hair cut as children. The Shop was owned bi Henery Bioletti. "All The Beatles got their haircuts there at one time or another." -- Paul
Penny Lane:
It's the name of a street, a major bus terminus, and the surrounding shopping district. In the early years of their friendship, Paul McCartney changed buses at Penny Lane to get to John Lennon's house.

I'm not sure where this guy got the lyrics from , but it contains so many mistakes !
-of every head he's had the pleasure to know
-in the pouring rain , very strange
-four of fish and finger pie
-a pretty nurse is selling poppies from a tray
-and though she feels as if she's in a play, she is anyway
-then the fireman rushes in , from the pouring rain

I'm pretty sure Penny Lane was a single released in 1967 , and was not on a beatles album until it was included on compilations ( beatles blue 67-70 ,and beatles 1 )
