You have nothing to apologize for, friend. I’m simply grateful for the linguistic aid, which you’ve provided in leaps and bounds. 🖤 I can’t turn down detail when every little bit is helpful, and frankly, you’re already perfectly coherent.
Yeah, though, if I’m reading the implication of “limp” right, sweat’s probably the liquid in question. The term “wet noodle” in relation to a person in bed just sounds like exhaustion to me. 🤷🏻♂️ That or chronic pain, but I don’t think there was anything in the song to indicate that.
The whole thing sounds like a bad trip or some really vibrant schizophrenia or something to me, though. Video kinda gives the same impression. Either way, I’m convinced Drugs™ are involved.

Hey! I saw your comment to provide something better for the word wet?
I think maybe a better term might limp, like there's a term "like a wet noodle", it refers to something that is flimsy, weak and/or limp. If I am getting the meaning of the lyrics right it sounds like the mom is prone (lying down) and not moving (not sure if the song is hinting that she's dead or just somehow incapacitated which is like being dead but still alive). But I think that maybe a good term for that would be limp.
Sorry for all the additional information, you obviously speak English well, it's just a force of habit being Russian because like when I speak to my Godmother I forget sometimes there a words in the English language that the Russian language doesn't have and visa-versa, so sorry! Lol. I love Lindemann and Rammstein and while I usually get bits and pieces my Deutsch is limited to what I learned from the band! Anyways thank you for your translation! It helped so much. And I hope I helped too!
