Instead of telling people to stop doin' something and criticize what about leaving some suggestions? You seen this translation is marked for proofreading ? iT's ok i get your point and all that about the gtr in general speaking.. but even if you may be right in this matter you have no right to tell someone to stop doin' what they like, it's more simple to tell someone to improve and more fair ... in my oppinion , give suggestions and all that things , than this hursh criticise ...
Ce vai aguentar is when you’re telling someone that they’re gonna have to take it. And in this case, they mean it sexually
actually embrazar is to get high/drunk, just like zacs song vai embrazando...
Please try to be collaborative, this translation is not so easy and its author asked for proofreading, this means that she did her best but she is unsure about the result. Of course GT isn’t a good help, that’s true, however some good suggestions are more helpful than an harsh criticism.
U ever think this a public post and maybe he knows the words but he just putting it in a nicer way for younger people when they see it in english and beside its not exactly what there saying in Portuguese but its close to it im jist saying
lol i was 16 when i made that comment and just realized how rude that sounds, I'm sorry.
At the present this is the biggest rating I can give. The biggest issue here is you not knowing Brazilian funk slang, which is not a demerit.
- You take it an an / If I look at you / Get down, bounce on the floor > You can take it an an / If I see you / Getting down and bounce down to the floor
- You go with 'naughty', 'bad girl' and 'naughty girl' in different places while translating the same word, it's better to keep a single one. I'd recommend 'Go on, naughty girl'.
- Jump looking at me > Raise your booty while looking at me ('Empinar' means raising your bottom up in a tilted way, as in to give them some highlight and use them to call attention).
- Só começar embrazando contigo > This is a tricky one, and I didn't know this usage of the verb 'embarazar', so I'm inclined to suggest 'I'll start leaving you weak'.
- It's taca, taca, taca, taca > And take, take, take, take ('Taca' is an allusion to human being A's passive position in any sexual intercourse - they'll take you know what part of human B's body in their, erm, cavities).
- Why are some verses in the 6th and 13th stanzas different from the original lyrics, if both are in English?
- You're crazy, drinking / So loose, involving I can see / Do not stop > You're crazy already, drinking / Wild, engaging, I can see / Don't you stop
I’m sorry but nowhere in the song do they talk about punching someone in the face. Please fix this up. And if you’re not fluent in portuguese, I don’t recoment google translating songs because it’s very inaccurate
