Two eagles

well, it's hard to find some good option here, so use just "soar" or something similar (what else those eagles could do?)

It does on the one hand, but on the other this kinda art technique in Russian.
Here the verb was made of noun, so that sounds quite OK and even interesting. But in English you show just a meaning, without "decorations", that's why it sounds just wierd in English. Hope my explanation is clear enough... ;)

Не совсем: Два орла орловали, третьего купали (о крещении),
или у Солженицена (словарь) орловать - вести себя по-орлиному (о петухах сказали бы - петушиться).
Здесь наверное больше подходит - бьются два орла.
PS: О значение клеймить (орловать) не вспоминаю.
