الصورة

حضنتك صورة ومن الشوق
طبـعت الصورة في صدري
وغفيت بحلم أخذني لفوق
و طـرنـا بـعـالـم سـحـري
 
سـكـنـا بـغيـمة حمره
نـوافـذها على القمـرة
حدايـقها سمـا الدنيـا
وتلِف أسوارها قصري
 
همست وقلت لي حاجات
وفي هاللحظة بس بالذات
من الـفـرحة إذا تـســأل
عن إسمي قلت لك مدري
 
وسرحت أذكر بدايـتنا
شـقـاوتـنا و طفولتـنـا
وهوانا اللي كبر فيـنـا
وصار بـدمنـا يـجـري
 
تمشينا ولأرض غيـوم
حواليـنـا تـدور نجوم
وانا في وجهك أتأمل
واقول الله لو تدري
 
بعدها من منامي قمـت
حضنت الصورة وإتبسمت
وعرفت إن الزعل أحيـان
يـزيـد الحب يا عمـري
 
ورجعت أجمع غلا لسنين
و تملاني الولـه يـا ليـن
حضنت الصورة وإنطبعت
ملامـح وجهـك بصدري
 
وسرحت أذكر بدايـتنا
شـقـاوتـنا و طفولتـنـا
وهوانا اللي كبـر فيـنـا
وصار بـدمنـا يجـري

Translation

The photograph

I've been hugging your photograph with so much longing
because of that, your image was printed on my chest
At that time, I fell asleep and dreamed that I was in the high sky
You and I, we were flying in a magical world
 
We lived inside a red cloud
its window overlooks the moon side
its gardens look like the sky of the world
and its walls surround my palace
 
Then you whispered to me, and you told me
in that particular moment
When I was at the highest of happiness; you asked me
about my name and I told you; I don't know; I don't know
 
I was relaxed at that moment I remembered our beginning
our childhood naughtiness, our childhood moments,
our love that grew with us,
and it becomes runs in our blood
 
We were walked in the clouds' land
And the stars were revolving around us
Suddenly I looked at your face
And I think to myself if you knew how much I am
 
Then from my sleep, I woke up,
I hugged your photograph, I smiled,
I realised that sometimes anger
It makes love grow more and more; my love
 
I came back to gather the love of our years again
full of much longing until
your image was printed
on my chest and my soul
 
At that moment I was relaxed I remembered our beginning
our childhood naughtiness, our childhood moments,
our love that grew with us,
and it becomes runs in our blood
