With You I Shall Leave (I'll Leave With You)
Click to see the original lyrics (Italian)
I dream on the horizon
And words fail
Yes I know there isn't light
In a room where the sun is absent
If you are not with me, with me
At the windows
Show everyone my heart
Which you set aflame
Enclose within me
The light you have
Encountered on the street
With you I shall leave
To countries I never
Saw and shared with you
Now yes I may experience them
I’ll go with you
On ships across seas
Which I know
No longer exists
With you I shall leave
When you are far
I dream on the horizon
And words fail
And yes I know
That you are with me
You my moon are here with me
My sun you are here with me
With me with me with me
With you I shall leave
To countries I never
Saw and shared with you
Now yes I may experience them
I’ll go with you
On ships across seas
Which I know
No longer exists
With you I will go
With you I shall leave
On ships across seas
Which I know
No longer exists
With you I shall leave
I will go with you

Just a curiosity:
'You my moon are here with me'
Does it mean "You are my moon, and you're here with me"?
'My sun you are here with me'
Does it mean "You are my sun, and you're here with me"?
Or you prefered to leave just like that? I understood that the person is his sun and his moon and she is with him. Am I right?

In posting " Memmories from CATS, the text differs from the original text sung on the video.
Russia is waging a disgraceful war on Ukraine. Stand With Ukraine!
Here is the translation of Con Te Partiro from Italian to English for you! It is 100% correct!
It idiomatically or literally translates to With You I Shall Leave, but when speaking normal English, I'll Leave With You.
If you see similar translations of the song you will see slight differences in words as some words are interchangeable in Italian.
Enjoy!
