Versions with translated verses (choruses are in 5 languages tho):

Persian (one-to-one mostly): https://lyricstranslate.com/en/cyrus-marvy-million-gole-sorkh-lyrics.html

Thanks for the thread.
Based on Wikipedia, however, this song is unrelated to the original (translations show) and lyrics are totally different and simply the music is the same.

But who's to say. I don't know Lativian, nor Russian (beyond basics at least). I also am not European to know the history. Above all, I don't even know what makes a song a cover/version.
p.s: the title is Million Scarlet Roses (алых missing) based on the same article.

These should be replaced tho,

Things got complicated
Sorry for the complication
I make the correct list here (post-edit, there are some duplicates and some missing ones from the comments):
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/aija-kukule-d%C4%81v%C4%81ja-m%C4%81ri%C5... (Original song)
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/larisa-mondrusa-d%C4%81v%C4%81ja-m%C4%81r...
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/cyrus-marvy-million-roses-lyrics.html (English version, polyglot choruses)
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/elmira-terkulova-million-roses-lyrics.html (English version)
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/cyrus-marvy-million-gole-sorkh-lyrics.html (Persian version)
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/farzaneh-gole-rose-lyrics.html (Persian version, unrelated lyrics)
https://lyricstranslate.com/en/dominique-moisan-million-de-roses-lyrics.... (French version)

So, checking the Wiki link you provided, I could get it. The original Latvian song was performed by Aija Kukule, so her name must be there in 'Original song', not Larisa Mondrusa (she shouldn't be even linked to this page, actually, only to Aija's one). I then linked all items you mentioned. Thanks for that. Guess this is the first tertiary cover I see :)
I guess all songs that are linked to Aija's entry need to be moved into here, though...
