Not quite what I think your looking for but;
Dalma Kovács qualified for the Romanian national final of Eurovision Song Contest 2009, sadly she only placed sixth but she voiced Elsa in the Romanian dubbed version of Frozen.
Noni Răzvan Ene represented Romania in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2004 He provides the Romanian voice of Tadashi in Big Hero 6, He signed with Walt Disney Records in 2010 by releasing the Romanian version for "Wouldn't Change a Thing" and Sindrum Media in 2012.
Daniel Diges represented Spain in the Eurovision Song Contest 2010, played the role of Gaston in the national tour of La Bella y la Bestia (Beauty and the Beast) which opened in September 2012 in Valladolid and visited 17 Spanish cities.

As you said and as you can tell from the list above, no, these artists don't quite belong here (except for Dina, whom I forgot, thank you for pointing him out). As for your question about DreamWorks, no, I'm not thinking to do something similar for that studio too. But why don't you make such a collection? So we won't miss it ;)
Maybe will create a collection "Disney meets the Junior Eurovision" and add him

I think neco from turkey 1982 is the Turkish voice of frollo from the hunchback of notre dame.
Masha Katz is also the voice of mother gothel for the Russian dub of tangled.
Speaking of tangled, I forgot her name, but the Romanian artists who sang "let me cry" at the 20 contest is the Romanian voice of mother gothel for the tangled Romanian dub.

Thank you for adding them. I didn't expect a response considering the last suggestions dated back to august, but it is great to add on to the list. I just found out that romania's 2002 duo, marcel Pavel and Monica Anghell, have provided their voices for Romanian Disney dubs. Marcel Patel is the singing voice of quasimodo for the Romanian sub of hunchback of notre dame and Monica anghel is one of the muses for the Hercules Romanian dub. However, I don't know which muse she voices because the article posting the news is in Romanian and I don't know the language.

I've got another one for you--Marcin Mroziński (Poland 2010) is the voice of Prince Naveen for the polish dub of the princess and the frog. I saw his name on a list of dubbers for Prince naveen on a site that catalogues foreign language dub casts and characters for Disney and other animated films. The site is called Disney international dubbings which is hosted by a YouTuber called charguigou.

I love this collection! Although, I think you should specify Marko Kon (Serbia 2009) as Olaf's singing voice; his speaking voice was done by someone else. Also, do you think you could add Manizha (Russia 2021) to the list? She sang the Russian version of "Loyal, Brave, and True" for Mulan (2020).
Missing voices: They are a lots of artists that you've included in your list, but they are characters voiced that you missed here they are:
