Не хотелось бы кого-то разочаровывать, но цоевская "Кукушка", несмотря на то, что была кем-то перепета и всунута саундтреком в военный фильм, от этого вовсе не стала песней о войне.
Песнями о войне у Цоя в принципе можно считать "Легенду", "Группу крови" - из того, чего нет пока в этой коллекции.
У ДДТ самые сильные песни о войне - "Правда на правду" (которую сам Шевчук презентовал на концерте как "песню о гражданской войне"), "Не стреляй!", "Мёртвый город. Рождество".
Но если даже бегло прошерстить тот же русский рок на военную тему, то, боюсь, коллекция моментально переполнится.
Yes, you are right. But their songs are somewhat personalised (at least the majority of them), they show soldiers at war while Tsoi's songs are mostly about the general concept of war. As for me, I'd like to mention "Дерзость" by Okudzhava and "Мы вращаем Землю" by Vyssotsky.

That song seems to be not about an actual war but about the IRA etc. in Northern Ireland, i.e. about terror attacks. It could perhaps be called a civil war, though.
